• The uploaded images are blurry, hazy, out of focus, poorly lit, cropped, damaged, or otherwise unclear, making the collectible impossible to identify.
• The coin or stamp is not fully visible in the uploaded photographs.
• Only a partial image, edge, or small portion of the collectible has been uploaded.
• Images have been excessively edited, filtered, digitally altered, or contain watermarks that prevent proper evaluation.
• The uploaded files are not photographs of coins or stamps (for example, images of people, documents, jewelry, paintings, currency notes, random objects, screenshots, or any unrelated content).
• The customer uploads incorrect, duplicate, or irrelevant images after placing an order.
• The customer requests a refund after a complete valuation report has already been delivered.

4. Image Submission Guidelines

To help us provide an accurate valuation, please ensure that:

• The entire coin or stamp is clearly visible.
• Images are sharp, high-resolution, and well-lit.
• Both front and back sides are uploaded whenever possible.
• Fine details, inscriptions, dates, mint marks, and edges are visible.
• The uploaded images are original and have not been heavily edited.

5. Fraudulent or Misleading Submissions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases involving fraudulent activities, repeated misuse of the service, intentionally misleading submissions, or attempts to exploit our refund policy.
